RoHS and ELV compliant! Since it is based on electroless nickel, uniform plating treatment is possible.
"Fluorine Lubricating Plating (Fluorine Resin Composite Electroless Nickel Plating)" is characterized by excellent lubricity and is used for various purposes, including slip resistance, water repellency, oil repellency, and sound dampening. Since it is based on electroless nickel, uniform plating treatment is possible. The processing methods include barrel processing, racking processing, jig processing, and batch processing. As a base plating, electroless nickel is applied at approximately 1 to 2 μm, followed by the fluorine lubricating plating treatment. We have achieved plating thicknesses of up to 30 μm. 【Features】 ■ Excellent lubricity ■ Used for slip resistance, water repellency, oil repellency, and sound dampening ■ Uniform plating treatment is possible due to the electroless nickel base ■ Capable of barrel processing, racking processing, jig processing, and batch processing ■ Achieved plating thicknesses of up to 30 μm *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
