We manufacture mechanical components such as slitter spacers used in slitter lines, plate-holding rubber rings, separator disk parts, spacers, and hydraulic expansion or air shaft type disk holders. The slitter spacer is a gauge that determines the specified plate width and requires high dimensional accuracy. We will inquire about the specifications of the line and the cut materials to accommodate your needs. - The thickness dimension tolerance is typically 0 to -0.005 mm for standard specifications and 0 to -0.003 mm for high precision specifications. - Recently, spacers for automatic blade assembly machines require high flatness, so we manufacture them with micron-level flatness for thin steel plate processing lines. - Depending on the application and durability, we can accommodate various steel types, including carbon steel for machine structures, alloy steel for machine structures, bearing steel, and carbon tool steel. - In manual assembly lines for thick materials, spacers become larger and heavier.
