[Case Study of Membrane Introduction in Liquid] Wastewater Treatment Equipment for Aquaculture Processing (Salmon and Trout)
Absorbing load fluctuations according to the situation, demonstrating stable processing performance! Introduction of a case study using a liquid membrane.
This is an introduction to a case where a liquid membrane was introduced into wastewater treatment facilities for fish processing (salmon and trout). Just like the efforts for HACCP in the manufacturing process, attention is also paid to wastewater treatment. However, the previous batch method was complicated and posed challenges in operational adjustments. To ensure absolutely safe treated water quality, a membrane separation activated sludge method was introduced, modifying the existing setup. With maintenance support from Kubota Membrane, stable treatment over a long period was achieved. 【Case Study】 ■ Location: Miyagi Prefecture ■ Type of wastewater: Fish processing wastewater ■ Treated water volume: 200m3/day ■ Operation: From April 2010, (resumed) August 2011 onwards *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
