Up to 18 cylinders can be measured simultaneously! Introducing the engine combustion pressure monitor.
The "Engine Combustion Pressure Monitor" monitors the entire process of engine cylinder pressure and combustion pressure. It detects changes in the engine's cylinder pressure using a pressure sensor that converts these changes into variations in the natural frequency of a metal membrane. By graphically displaying data such as P-θ diagrams and P-V diagrams, it is also possible to monitor visually. Additionally, simultaneous and continuous monitoring of all cylinders is possible, allowing for the observation of combustion conditions by cylinder and by time. 【Features】 ■ Compatible with diesel and gas engines (2 or 4 cycles) ■ Can measure up to 18 cylinders simultaneously ■ Crankshaft rotation speed: capable of handling up to 1000 RPM ■ Crank angle detection: 2-cycle every 0.25 degrees / 4-cycle every 0.5 degrees ■ Measurement accuracy: +1.2% / -0.5% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Since its establishment in 1976, we have developed high-precision and durable shaft horsepower meters for measuring ship engine output as a specialized manufacturer of marine measurement equipment. We have gained the trust of many shipowners, with cumulative deliveries exceeding 1,200 units, and our products are actively used as our main offerings. Additionally, we have successfully developed a "continuous-use engine combustion pressure sensor," enabling constant monitoring of engine combustion pressure under any conditions, which was previously only possible under limited conditions.
