This is a high-resolution ODS column that can be used for protein analysis (proteomics, shotgun method) by LC/MS.
The "ULTRON HF-ODS" is an ODS monolithic silica capillary column (USP L1) with a hierarchical porous structure, chemically bonded with C18 groups. The well-balanced hydrophilic/hydrophobic C18 modification suppresses dewetting, allowing for high reproducibility in water-rich mobile phase systems used in bioanalysis. Two types of columns are available: full end-capping and non-end-capping. The column inner diameter is 0.1 mm, making it suitable for nano/micro-LC/MS that requires high sensitivity detection. 【Features】 ■ Enables high reproducibility and high peak capacity in proteome analysis (shotgun method) ■ Achieves suppression of carryover through inert treatment of the silica surface ■ The column is protected by a PEEK column jacket, making it easy to handle ■ Analyzes thousands of proteins with long columns *There is also an unmodified monolithic bare silica capillary tube (ULTRON HF-MBS) available.
