This is a high-resolution phenyl column suitable for LC/MS analysis of intact proteins (top-down proteomics).
"ULTRON HF-Phenyl" is a monolithic capillary column (USP L11) that chemically bonds low-adsorption phenyl groups to monolithic silica with a hierarchical porous structure. It can also be used for intact protein analysis via LC/MS. Mild low-temperature and low-pressure analysis can suppress protein denaturation. Due to the π-electron interactions of the phenyl groups, different separation patterns can be obtained compared to ODS columns and C4 columns.
