[Maintenance Case] Punching Error Due to Work Lamp Position

Due to the position of the work lamp, the punching dimensions are unstable! A maintenance case we handled.

We would like to introduce a maintenance case for the turret punch that our company handled. Due to the position of the work clamp, a dimensional error of about 1mm occurred in the punching. It seems to be a defect in the clamp rail. After swapping the clamps left and right, we adjusted the shim at the clamp chip part, reducing the error to ±0.3mm, but without replacing the rail, the error will vary. Additionally, there is play in the Y-axis ball screw, with an error of ±0.2. There is also play in the X-axis LM guide and ball screw, but the current error is believed to be largely due to wear on the clamp rail.
