Usage Method The dye penetrant testing method involves applying a red penetrant to the surface defect of the test object, then removing excess red penetrant with a cleaning solution, and using a white developer to apply capillary action to develop the red penetrant that has penetrated the defect, thereby detecting defects that are not visible to the eye.
