Even minute defects that cannot be detected by the naked eye are indicated in a vivid red color, allowing for easy identification of scratches without oversight. It can be used regardless of the material, shape, or finish of the item being inspected (except for painted surfaces and plastics). It is a one-touch aerosol type, making it easy to use and convenient to carry. It can be safely used on corrosion-prone aluminum alloys and magnesium alloys. The inspection results can be preserved as they are unless wiped off. Inspections can be conducted at temperatures ranging from room temperature to 80°C. The detection sensitivity is for scratches with a width of 1μm and a depth of 10μm (inspection results at -10°C to 50°C).

Usage Method The dye penetrant testing method involves applying a red penetrant to the surface defect of the test object, then removing the excess red penetrant with a cleaning solution, and using a white developer to apply capillary action to develop the red penetrant that has penetrated the defect, allowing for the detection of defects that are not visible to the naked eye.
