Usage The dye penetrant testing method involves applying a red penetrant to the surface defect of the test object, removing the excess red penetrant with a cleaning solution, and then using a white developer to apply capillary action to the red penetrant that has penetrated the defect, thereby revealing defects that are not visible to the naked eye.
