Our heaters are designed for flexibility in system configuration. They are certified by numerous international standards and are available worldwide in the form of individual heaters or enclosure configurations, significantly reducing design, system configuration, and maintenance costs. The operation of the heaters has been independently verified under conditions as low as -60°C, even in extremely cold environments, making it easier to design equipment for polar environments. If only simple protection against freezing is required, we recommend heaters with TS thermostats installed within the power supply cable, which operate independently and do not require control, providing a cost-effective solution. In cases where precise temperature control is necessary, or if the heater must operate and stop continuously, contact thermostats can be adjusted to approximately 2°C and are more effective at sensing air temperature. Alarm signals can also be provided.

There are two types of explosion-proof heaters: electric convection heaters and electric conduction heaters. Electric convection heater: Also known as space heaters, this method heats by allowing warm air to rise and circulate. The fins increase the surface area in contact with the air, enabling warm air to rise from the bottom to the top. Electric conduction heater: This method transmits heat by direct contact with the manifold or metal parts. It is used when the enclosure is either small or, conversely, large. The flat surface is designed to promote heat conduction by maximizing the area in contact. The hybrid type has a flat bottom with fins, making it usable for either method. - Heater controller included - Digital controller - Mechanical controller For areas without electricity, cooling and heating using water or steam is possible.
