Our company is capable of manufacturing using tube hydroforming (bulge processing) as the core method, along with a dozen other processing techniques. Here, we introduce examples of processing for "flexible piping joints." Traditionally, the bellows section was formed using rubber bulging one ridge at a time, but we have adopted bulge processing that allows all ridges to be formed in a single process. Pipes that can absorb impact loads and accommodate expansion and contraction due to temperature changes.
