■ Material We propose primarily the A6056 material, which has a proven track record in European and American automobiles. This is a reliable material with a low risk of stress corrosion cracking. For applications other than automobiles, we also have mass production experience with A7050 and A5052 materials, and using A7050 can achieve a strength of about 600 MPa. ■ Tensile Strength The tensile strength of A6056 material is approximately 410 MPa, but the bolts processed by our company have a tensile strength of about 450 MPa. This is due to the development of shape, heat treatment, and manufacturing methods. ■ Manufacturing Technology Did you know that creating hex flange heads from aluminum can lead to cracking? Generally, aluminum has poor elongation, and processing under the same conditions as iron bolts can result in cracking or "voids." We have developed aluminum-specific processing conditions that prevent these issues, allowing us to provide manufacturing technology that can offer shapes similar to those of iron bolts. ■ Fastening Know-How We possess extensive knowledge regarding the effects of heat on bolt strength, fatigue strength, and methods for controlling friction coefficients, among other mechanical properties. Additionally, since the material strength differs from that of iron, establishing a secure fastening requires various innovations in fastening methods.
