We will use two modules from the professional-grade physics engine library "AGX Dynamics," which is written in C++ and has over 500 class libraries: AGX Core and one of either AGX Gable or AGX Wire. AGX Cable and AGX Wire are used differently depending on the application. AGX Cable has six degrees of freedom at the constraint points between rigid bodies, allowing for the reproduction of not only movement but also rotation, and it can simulate twisting phenomena. It is used when you want to observe the delicate movements of cables. AGX Wire has three degrees of freedom for movement and high stability. It features the ability to dynamically adjust the size of the rigid bodies that make up the wire, making it particularly useful for simulations involving objects with large mass differences (such as large cranes) and for handling simulations of large (long) wires under strong forces, such as cables and towing ships.
