This is an introduction to a case study on the chemical strengthening of glass for industrial machinery "touch panels." Thin glass can easily break during shaping and handling. Therefore, we have implemented innovative methods for holding processing jigs and controlling the floating and cracking of glass during chemical strengthening, enabling us to handle the processing effectively. In the cleaning before inspection, we also accommodate various cleaning machines according to needs. "Glass breaks" ... it's a given! We believe that our technology, which we develop daily by striving to make it "less likely to break," is a result of our efforts in our own processes.
