We would like to introduce a case study of special glass processing for the industrial machinery "Touch Panel." This time, the request includes shape processing, hole drilling, strengthening, peripheral printing, and the application of anti-reflective and anti-fouling films to reduce surface reflection. All processing (steps) can be handled in-house, but we focus on the final appearance. To ensure that no traces of processing jigs remain, we carefully considered the order of the surface film formation and shaping processes (hole drilling) while maintaining performance.
