This is an introduction to high-performance steel that combines mold performance and ease of mold manufacturing.
"DCMX" is a matrix-type cold work die steel that has significantly reduced coarse carbides through the optimization of alloy composition and manufacturing processes. It can achieve a high hardness of 62 HRC under dimension-focused heat treatment conditions. It has extremely high toughness, which greatly reduces the occurrence of cracking and chipping. Furthermore, it has very low anisotropy in heat treatment dimensional changes, making dimensional control during heat treatment easy. [Features] ■ High hardness ■ High toughness ■ Low anisotropy ■ Excellent machinability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
