Japan Metal Additive Manufacturing (JAMPT) was established in November 2017 by partners who have a desire to promote and spread metal 3D printer technology in Japan. JAMPT is a service bureau (SB) capable of providing a seamless service from powder development and manufacturing to prototyping and mass production in the field of metal 3D printing. With the pioneering presence of Koiwai Co., Ltd., academic backing and technical support from Professor Akihiko Chiba of Tohoku University (Institute of Metallic Materials), and the global network and information power of Sojitz Corporation as significant strengths, we will demonstrate advanced capabilities in the field of metal 3D printing. As part of a super-smart society in manufacturing, we aim to consider AM technology in the manufacturing field and overcome challenges together with our customers, providing unprecedented new products and new value chains to the world, contributing to the creation of a prosperous society.
