At Tokuhatsu Sankyo Seisakusho, we have 30 multi-forming machines and 8 progressive presses. We can propose the optimal processing methods for thin sheet springs and wave washers. Let us introduce the features of each machine: ○ The multi-forming machine can process complex shapes compared to presses. Additionally, it can process materials that are the same width as the product for most products, which helps reduce material waste. However, since it processes complex shapes, its rotation speed is inferior to that of the press machine. ○ The progressive press machine can increase its rotation speed and process a large quantity in a short time. It can also significantly reduce the time required for mold changes, known as setup. However, because the press operates through vertical motion, it is difficult to accommodate complex shapes.
