Achieve one-step crushing with a single unit! Balancing "no pre-treatment required" and "increased production capacity."
We would like to introduce a case study of Takeda Environmental Conservation Co., Ltd., which has adopted our single-shaft crusher "Polaris" and is engaged in a wide range of operations from the collection and transportation of general and industrial waste to recycling. The company was using two crushers, a dual-shaft crusher for primary crushing and a single-shaft crusher for secondary crushing, to carry out processing. To replace the existing crusher in their factory, they introduced our product. The decisive factor for their decision was that it is a one-step crusher capable of handling both coarse and fine crushing with just one machine. As a result, they achieved the desired processing with a single unit. It is resistant to foreign objects and can crush difficult materials down to fine sizes in one go. [Case Study] ■ Challenges - Processing was being carried out using two crushers. ■ Introduced Product - Single-shaft crusher "Polaris" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
