basic information
Point 1: Stable Coating Quality Stable coating quality is achieved through automatic painting. As the product passes through the work inspection area, the work size is determined, and the automatic painting oscillator applies the coating. Additionally, areas that cannot be coated due to complex shapes are finished by an automatic painting robot. Point 2: Cost Reduction in Paint Expenses Paint that was not applied can be reused. Generally, about 50% of the paint is discarded without being applied. By recovering paint using a cyclone method, significant reductions in paint costs can be achieved. Point 3: Waste Management The most common cause of painting defects is debris that falls from the conveyor or indexer. To address waste, a waste collection rail is installed under the conveyor, and a waste collection tray is provided under the indexer. Additionally, air blowing is performed in front of the painting booth to remove any debris that may have fallen.

Company information
Since our establishment in 1924, we have primarily engaged in sheet metal processing. Initially, we started with the manufacturing of agricultural tools, and now we produce office furniture. In the agricultural era, we began with rice storage facilities, shiitake mushroom dryers, and mochi-making machines. As we transitioned into the information age, we shifted to producing computer desks, server racks, and tablet storage. Following the trends of the times, the products we manufacture will continue to evolve in the future.
