This is a prototype with a 2.5D (R1000) curved glass panel, featuring a decorative film with black frame screen printing on a smoke foil, precisely bonded (within ±0.2mm). If the outer dimensions are within 290mm x 290mm and the height difference is within 12mm, bonding of R100~ is also possible (A side/B side). This method has a higher yield than black frame and smoke printing on curved glass, and it allows for flattening of the printing step on the back side. As a result, the yield during TP/LCD DB is also improved.
