We received a consultation from a factory regarding "high iron concentration in the cold water circulation piping of the production equipment," and we adopted a cleaning method (eco-flushing) to remove iron by installing a "dedicated filter unit" between the headers in the circuit. The filters, which had iron deposits, were regularly removed and cleaned, and cold water was sampled every few hours to check the water quality, with the work carried out for about eight days during the daytime.
