Orders can be placed using part numbers without the need for creating additional drawings. ◆Shaft End Shape Processing Without Drawing Creation◆ You can choose from three patterns for the fixed side shaft end shape according to your application. Various additional processing patterns, such as support side shaft end processing and nut orientation, can be selected. ~Selectable Shaft End Shapes~ - No processing - Keyway processing - Flat surface processing ◆Screw Shaft Length Cut Specification Available◆ The length of the ball screw can be specified in 1mm increments, allowing for flexible design according to available space. ◆Download CAD Data for Specified Shaft End Shape and Length◆ 2D and 3D CAD data can be downloaded with a single click. ◆Dust Protection and Lubrication◆ The ball screw nut is filled with an appropriate amount of grease. Additionally, ball screw nuts of size BNK0802 and above are equipped with a labyrinth seal (with end caps shared for BNK1510, BNK1520, BNK1616, BNK2020, and BNK2520).
