"BN Super 1" is a quick-drying lubricant spray that uses a special white powder with excellent slip properties and heat resistance (up to 900°C). It demonstrates outstanding effects in mold release enhancement and heat-resistant lubrication. Whether using sand molds or shell molds, applying "BN Super 1" to points where you typically struggle with defects such as "mold drop" due to complex shapes or deep patterns will form an ultra-thin, highly releaseable coating layer, allowing the sand to release surprisingly easily. Additionally, leveraging the characteristics of "a smooth, ultra-thin coating layer" and "high heat resistance," applying "BN Super 1" in advance can help mitigate issues such as molten metal or resin splattering and adhering to equipment, making it less likely to stick and easier to remove if it does. ●Usage Instructions - Please ensure to clean the dirt and oil on the surface to be coated. - Shake the can vigorously just before spraying to mix. - Maintain a distance of about 30 cm and spray vertically. - The adhesive strength will peak after about 1 hour, so please spray at least 1 hour before use if possible. 1) For Sand Film Molds - Adheres to all types of molds including metal, resin, and wooden molds. - Spray on areas prone to mold release as well as the entire surface. - Use in conjunction with a release agent. - The effect lasts for about 200 to 300 shots with one spray.
