◆What is UHF Band RFID? → It is an automatic identification technology that can read and rewrite information from RF tags attached to products, non-contact and instantly in large quantities. Since it uses radio waves, reading can be performed even if the tags are not visible. ◆Features of Maspro's UHF Band RFID Maspro offers a variety of antennas and readers/writers that utilize high-frequency technology cultivated over many years. We provide a diverse range of products, including high-gain planar antennas boasting world-class performance, sheet antennas with a minimum thickness of 1.8mm, and readers/writers compliant with Japanese laws, supporting various situations. ◆What RFID can do - It allows for efficient execution of tasks that were previously checked one by one by human eyes. - It enables real-time visualization of production processes, which is expected to shorten work time and improve operational efficiency. ◆Difference from Barcodes While barcodes require scanning each one individually (over a distance of several tens of centimeters), RFID can read the information from multiple RF tags within the range of radio waves (several meters) all at once, significantly reducing the workload.
