The onboard measuring device "NK-2000" is equipped with various functions. For example, it has "processing surface edge detection and zoom-up functionality." Image resolution: 1μm/pixel. It can be variably adjusted from 100x to 1600x using digital zoom. Additionally, the "calculation function" allows for shape measurement of processed products from various calculation menus, and it can also perform pitch measurements between processing parts by utilizing the measurement result history.
