We undertake cutting processing with a machining tool capable of processing three-dimensional shapes. From product prototyping to original dedicated parts for production equipment jigs and devices, prototyping of fittings, and the re-manufacturing of resin parts that have become unavailable from manufacturers, we can accommodate various needs. We will process based on your 3D CAD data, but it is also possible to create by tracing an actual product. Shapes can be processed into free forms such as curves and spherical surfaces. For example, it is ideal for confirming the image and usability of actual products. Since we can produce in small quantities, it is perfect for prototyping before making molds. It is also suitable for creating work receiving parts for jigs that provide excellent fit. We can work with various materials, including: Polyacetal Polypropylene Nylon Teflon ABS Acrylic PVC Bakelite Wood Rubber Urethane and more. *Due to being a 3-axis machining tool, cutting can only be performed from two directions: vertically or horizontally. → For other complex shapes, we will respond through our cooperative processing network. Depending on processing conditions, we can also offer high cost-performance proposals.
