Sterilizing vegetables that have arrived at the factory in their raw state!
This is an introduction to a vegetable immersion sterilization machine designed to suppress the introduction of bacteria into the factory and prevent secondary infections. After placing the vegetables in the attached container, simply set the pressing plate and press a button. The pressing plate ensures that even buoyant vegetables are thoroughly immersed in the sterilizing water, and by shaking the container up and down, the sterilizing water penetrates well between overlapping vegetables. As an effective operational method, we recommend using our sterilizing water generation device, the "Carbonic Acid Hypochlorous Acid Generation System," in conjunction with the vegetable cleaning agent "Sanitas Vegeta Ace." 【Features】 ■ Easy to set immersion time according to on-site operations ■ Buoyant vegetables are firmly pressed and immersed in sterilizing water ■ Sterilizing water penetrates well between overlapping vegetables *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company focuses on thorough cleaning and hygiene as a pillar of our management, providing proposals that meet our customers' optimal cleaning needs, primarily in the bread and confectionery industry, convenience store bento and prepared food factories, and related logistics centers. We respond to the needs of the food processing industry for aesthetics and hygiene, as well as the demand for labor-saving cleaning solutions, through three elements: "hardware," such as cleaning machines and detergents with overwhelming performance and a rich lineup in food factories; "software," including proposals for cleaning methods and the creation of cleaning manuals; and "maintenance," which involves the condition of the installed cleaning machines and maintaining their cleaning effectiveness.
