When air containing oil particles passes through the filter, wet oil particles adhere to the fiber parts inside the filter. As a result, they form oil droplets that fall to the bottom of the filter unit. It is also possible to collect this oil and return it to the machine. Our filter cassette is manufactured at our own factory located in Lidkoping, Sweden, and is equipped with our patented Catch & Release R function. The carefully selected filter material woven between aluminum separators is designed to allow air to pass through while capturing oil particles. Multiple Filter Stages Most of our filter units employ multiple filter stages. The air that is drawn in passes through different types of filter cassettes before being returned to the building or discharged outside, completely removing oil mist and smoke. Larger particles are filtered by the first filter cassette, while the second filter cassette is made of material designed to filter smaller particles. The final filter cassette is a HEPA H13 filter, guaranteeing a separation efficiency of at least 99.97%.
