At the manufacturer of the rip board, Oohashi Co., Ltd., we were selected for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry / Small and Medium Enterprise Agency's "Strategic Base Technology Advancement Support Project (Support Project)" and, in collaboration with Yamagata University and partner companies, developed a technology to physically and chemically cut the crosslinking points of "crosslinked polyethylene" to bring it closer to its original polyethylene state (plasticization).
