We would like to introduce a case where we completed the disassembly and cleaning of 150 ceiling cassette air conditioners in one day. This request came from a printing factory, which could only stop the production line on December 30, just before the year-end, and asked us to "clean everything in one day." We were able to respond to the demand for a large number of units and a short turnaround time with the agility of our dedicated team of 50 service engineers. To ensure that we deliver a large number of units without any issues, we create a record for each unit that visualizes the progress of the work. We document any defects or special notes, and the technicians clearly define their responsibilities at each stage of disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and final inspection to prevent problems before they occur. Additionally, even during winter cleaning, we do not neglect measures against the common issue of "water leakage" that frequently occurs during cooling operations.
