**Features of Tef-Lock** - It is an unparalleled high-performance composite surface treatment technology that combines the excellent mechanical properties of hard chrome plating, such as high hardness and wear resistance, with the non-stick and excellent release properties of fluoropolymer resin. - Since the base is chrome plating, it has a hardness of about HV850. - For heat resistance, we recommend around 250°C, but there is also a heat-resistant version that can be used at higher temperatures. - It complies with the standards for equipment and container packaging based on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification No. 370, allowing it to be used in applications where food comes into direct contact with the Tef-Lock surface. - The treatment temperature is about 200°C, which means there is almost no thermal impact on the material. - Like regular chrome plating, it can be peeled and reprocessed. - It can be applied to a wide range of metal materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, copper alloys, and nickel.
