Introduction of the prototype achievements of artificial heart-lung machine components (Industry-Academia Collaboration)

We would like to introduce a case of a prototype of artificial heart-lung machine components created in collaboration with Chiba University. [Qualified in medical device manufacturing]

At Iwai Manufacturing, we support the prototyping and manufacturing of medical devices in response to requests from medical manufacturers, research institutions such as universities, and hospitals. We have also obtained qualifications for medical device manufacturing, so you can place orders with confidence. This time, we would like to introduce a prototype of "artificial heart-lung machine components" created in collaboration with Chiba University. The prototype features grooves carved into acrylic with SUS components bonded (SUS is used for conductivity), with dimensions of an outer diameter of 10 mm, grooves ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 mm, and SUS components also ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 mm.
