Significantly reduces aluminum adhesion to molds and protects the substrate material. It can be easily applied, reducing maintenance labor for molds, improving production efficiency, and extending mold life. Usage Instructions: • Preheat the item to be coated to 70–100°C and apply the formulated 'LNO'. • After completing the mold coating (assuming mold temperature is 100°C), directly apply with a brush or roller to the necessary areas, while blowing air to create a smooth surface and adjust to the desired film thickness. • When applying to auxiliary equipment, completely remove grease, dirt, and aluminum adhesion using shot blasting or similar methods, then preheat to around 100°C before directly lining.
