This is a mold release agent for the sprue, riser, and runner sections used in low-pressure casting and gravity casting. It has a heat resistance temperature of 1200 degrees. Usage Instructions: • Thoroughly stir the concentrate and dilute it with tap water at a ratio of 1 part water to 2 parts concentrate (by weight), then stir again. • Completely remove any dust, oil, and oxide film from the surface to be coated with RIO-A, and apply it in layers with a brush while crushing any bubbles. • Maintain the mold temperature just before application between 190°C and a final temperature of at least 150°C, and apply evenly with a coating thickness of 0.5 to 0.7 mm (based on our results) to achieve the best coating strength.
