Mold release agent for gravity casting. Heat resistance temperature of 1200 degrees. Usage instructions: • Thoroughly stir the concentrate, dilute it with tap water at a ratio of 1 part concentrate to 1 part water (by weight), and stir again. • Preheat the mold to around 250°C and completely remove any debris/oil/oxidation film using shot blasting or similar methods. • Maintain the mold temperature at 230°C just before application and evenly apply with a spray gun. (A finishing temperature of around 190°C is desirable.)
