The Nuvo-7166GC utilizes Neousys's patented cassette module. This module features an air tunnel design that directs intake airflow through the passive heatsink of the NVIDIA Tesla T4. Even when installing a second high-performance PCIe card, the cassette module is equipped with an additional fan for airflow. The design aimed at cooling ensures a maximum operating temperature of 60°C while maintaining 100% CPU and GPU load. Additionally, it incorporates state-of-the-art I/O technology, enhancing the overall flexibility, functionality, and performance of the system. It features an M.2 NVMe interface that supports USB 3.1 Gen2, GbE, and PoE for ultra-fast disk access and data input. Furthermore, the cassette module includes an additional Gen3 x8 link PCIe slot to accommodate high-performance PCIe cards or various sensor/image acquisition cards.
