- High Efficiency The hypoid gears used in high-efficiency hypoid reducers have much lower sliding compared to worm gears, resulting in significantly higher efficiency. - Tough & Long Life The gears are made of chromium-molybdenum steel and undergo carburizing and quenching. - Low Noise Due to a higher engagement ratio than bevel gears, they can transmit rotation quietly and smoothly. - Lightweight and Compact The shaft and hypoid pinion are integrated, and an aluminum alloy casing is used (except for some models). - SF (Service Factor) Compatible If a larger SF is desired, the reducer frame size can be increased by one size without increasing the motor capacity (for hollow shaft types). - Wide Variation A lineup ranging from 15W to 11kW is available. Intermediate capacities of 0.25kW, 0.55kW, 1.1kW, and 3.0kW are also standard. You can select the optimal motor capacity.
