Altarax NEO

Adopts a cycloidal reduction mechanism. It is a compact gear motor with high impact resistance.

The cycloidal reducer is a distinctive mechanism that uses a "curved plate" with a unique smooth curve (epitrochoidal parallel curve) different from involute gears in its reduction section. Combined with a proprietary arc tooth profile adopted for the internal gear, it enables smooth rolling contact without breakage, providing high impact resistance. Additionally, it can achieve a high reduction ratio with fewer reduction stages, allowing for both high efficiency and high reduction ratio. Unlike typical gear motors, its concentric axis structure (where the motor shaft and output shaft are concentric) allows for a smaller flange. Furthermore, since there is no offset between the center of the flange and the center of the motor, a compact design is possible. The Altax NEO is a small gear motor that adopts the mechanism of the cycloidal reducer and incorporates its features into a compact size.
