We would like to introduce a case study of manufacturing automotive compressor parts using aluminum alloy casting "AC4B-T6." This project requires a focus on casting surface quality, encapsulation, consideration of shape, and setting of pouring temperature. Therefore, we used special sand for production. We manufactured a product weighing 2.3 kg with dimensions of 100×100×120 mm.
