In fact, sunlight is absorbed by seawater; however, seawater does not absorb all wavelengths of light. At depths greater than 5 meters, red to orange light does not penetrate. As the depth increases, green light also becomes invisible. Only blue light penetrates to the deep sea, which is why the ocean appears blue. The habitat depth of Marine Bamboo, at 10 to 20 meters, is significantly influenced by blue light, giving it high blue light resistance and making it a master of the deep blue sea.
