Acidic type high-speed indium plating solution
Indium 9100 is a pure indium plating solution that enables high-speed plating. It has been developed specifically for high-speed partial plating, allowing for processing on continuous lines. Additionally, it can maintain stable processing over long periods, even under conditions of strong liquid agitation and high current density. Indium 9100 meets the demands of press-fit technology. It is an ideal process for electronic components that require re-melting (reflow) of the plated film afterward.
