[Case Study] Sealed Push-Pull Dust Collection System Modified from a Room in a Factory

Introducing a case where a large painting booth was installed by renovating an existing room within the factory!

At Company T, which manufactures air conditioning equipment, painting of large special vehicles such as carrier cars is conducted within the factory, resulting in a constant presence of paint dust in the environment. Initially, employees wore masks while working, but following instructions from the supervisory office, the introduction of a painting booth became necessary. Therefore, we proposed a "sealed push-pull dust collection system" by renovating an existing room within the factory. After implementation, the factory environment was significantly improved compared to before the installation. Additionally, we were able to significantly reduce costs compared to the expenses of installing a large painting booth from a manufacturer, and we received very positive feedback.
