"Oil dispersant FR" is a low-toxicity oil dispersant that uses a nonionic surfactant with minimal environmental impact, designed with consideration for living organisms. It instantly eliminates oil films on water surfaces and paved roads, and the dispersed oil particles in water are broken down by microorganisms into water and carbon dioxide.
