The performance required for charging terminals and connectors (such as USB-C and pogo pins) cannot be met by conventional gold plating. When gold-plated terminals come into contact with seawater, pool water, sweat, or beverages during charging, corrosion occurs. By plating the contact terminals with RHODUNA-ALLOY 1, high resistance to corrosion can be achieved. This plating film is also compatible with fast charging of devices.
