Optimal plating system for connectors
NIPHOS 965 can be used in reel-to-reel and other continuous plating systems, enabling high-speed plating. The bath life is semi-permanent and insensitive to the contamination of metal impurities, making bath management simple. Compared to the electroless process, electrolytic plating can achieve coatings that excel in amorphousness, non-magnetism, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is an ideal coating for the base layer of hard gold plating on connectors.
