An IP transceiver that can communicate anywhere within the mobile phone call area, combined with digital simple radio (registered station and licensed station) into one device. This is the industry's first* hybrid IP transceiver that can achieve both a wide communication area and secure communication means in case of emergencies. *As of March 2020, based on Icom research. ■ DUAL Mode Simultaneous reception/transmission of both IP transceiver and digital simple radio is possible. ■ LTE Mode By communicating via the carrier's LTE line, you can make calls anywhere within the mobile phone call area, regardless of the device's location. It also allows for mutual simultaneous calls like a regular phone. ■ DCR Mode Direct communication between radios allows for calls without relying on other infrastructure, as long as the radio waves can reach (approximately a few kilometers in clear line of sight). *To use DCR mode, registration procedures (3R) and licensing procedures (3B) are required in accordance with the Radio Law.
