High brightness, long lifespan CeB6 electron source 'CeBix'
The CeB6 electron source generates high currents with a low work function of 2.6 eV or less, achieving stable electron emission characteristics, high brightness, and long lifespan. APtech's CeB6 electron source is fully interchangeable with all LaB6 electron sources. Compared to LaB6 electron sources, it has advantages such as longer lifespan, higher brightness, lower work function, faster startup, and lower evaporation rate.
