We manufacture injection molds (prototype and mass production) and welcome customers from other prefectures. We continuously evolve to meet the diverse needs of our customers, focusing on "high precision, short delivery times, low costs, and problem-solving." With a proven track record in molds for engineering plastic resins used in water applications, we propose the creation of molds with cooling circuits close to those used in mass production, allowing us to predict molding times during production. Since engineering plastics are significantly affected by extraction temperatures, we can estimate the optimal takt time for mass production using non-contact image temperature measurement. We have also accumulated data on successful undercuts and the amount of undercutting at hose tips. To conduct trials in-house, we are equipped with auxiliary facilities such as resin dehumidifying dryers, high-pressure water temperature controllers, and heater controllers, allowing us to handle everything from prototype to mass production startup with molding machines ranging from 100t to 450t. *We have developed our own plastic springs. This is a new shape that changes the concept of springs using plastic. As a custom-made product, we can accommodate your desired size from mold creation to molding.
